SUISA is the cooperative of music creators and publishers. Over 43,000 composers, lyricists and music publishers are organised in the company founded in 1923. SUISA enables music to be used publicly and ensures that music creators are fairly paid for this use. Together with sister companies worldwide, it manages the rights of a total of two million creators and publishers. SUISA employs over 220 staff at locations in Zurich, Lausanne and Lugano.

The staff of the International Documentation department are responsible for maintaining the data of the international repertoire. They register, update and correct works in the database based on information from notifications by our sub-publishers and foreign sister companies. We are looking for a back office clerk 80% - 100% by arrangement.

These tasks will inspire you

• Processing notifications from music publishers
• Processing work documentation from foreign sister companies
• Collaboration with other departments

This is what sets you apart

• Completed basic training
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in the commercial field are required
• Confident knowledge of German
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Quick comprehension and efficient working style
• Affinity for numbers and enjoyment of precise work with data
• Strong team spirit, high commitment
• Great passion for music
