Job Description

• Ensuring the production safety of our equipment as well as impeccable quality
• Technical responsibility for grinding machines with CNC and relay controls; setting up custom-built grinding machines and blade prototypes
• Carrying out maintenance and service work on grinding machines and the coolant processing system
• Supporting the design and technical departments during commissioning and technical improvements
• Planning, conducting, and documenting material and grinding media tests
• Maintaining maintenance logs, setup sheets, and checklists
• Active participation in optimising equipment and production processes

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in setting up, maintaining, and servicing production machines
• Good mechanical knowledge and strong technical understanding
• Knowledge of CNC-controlled systems; relay controls are an advantage
• Experience in grinding technology or chip-removing machining is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High quality and responsibility awareness as well as enthusiasm for technical challenges
