Your Tasks and Perspectives

Coordination and planning of outpatient appointments at the Obesity Center
Independent administrative preparation of patient records including obtaining process-relevant medical documents
Personal and telephone contact person for internal and external stakeholders as well as patients and interdisciplinary collaboration with various internal professional groups, referrers, and institutes
Support of consultations, control of billing, and participation in outpatient reporting
Laboratory responsibility including independent performance of blood draws, infusion therapies, and other diagnostics

What You Bring to This Position

You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Health Specialist EFZ, or comparable education/training
You enjoy working with various professional groups, are open to constructive feedback, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
Your organizational talent helps you manage the diverse tasks
You like to take responsibility
You are experienced in handling various Microsoft Office systems
