The dreischiibe Foundation is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our diverse service and commercial centres in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal prospects for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training and integration places. In the day centre and meeting centre, we promote social integration with over 63 visitor places.
Further training in work agogics requires, depending on the place of training, 6 to 12 months of professional practice in work agogics. An internship offers you an exciting insight into this professional field and allows you to meet the requirements for your further training.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Packaging & Shipping area in Herisau for 6 to 12 months a

Your tasks
- Assistance in the agogic support of employees
- Assistance in planning and organising ongoing orders
- Work in production
- Administrative tasks
- Collaboration with the specialist team
- Participation in the area meetings
Your profile
- Completed school or vocational training (preferably commercial sector)
- Minimum age 23 years
- Motivation and enjoyment in working with people with a mental impairment
- Independent working style, sense of responsibility and high social competence
- Communicative, open and team-oriented personality
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
