Caretaker with a Focus on Technology (100%, m/f)

About the job

We are looking for a caretaker (m/f) with a focus on technology to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

approx. 80%:

• Inspection and maintenance of building technology
• Coordination of external craftsmen
• Maintenance and repairs of the apartments
• Participation in apartment handovers with the administration
• Ensuring and maintaining tidy and clean properties (no stairwell cleaning)
• On-call duty on 26 weekends per year and on public holidays

approx. 20%, in cooperation with the caretaker for garden maintenance:

• Care of green areas (surroundings, lawn, hedges, flower beds, etc.). Winter and summer pruning are carried out by a gardener.
• Winter service
• Garage cleaning

Your profile:

• Basic craft training
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• You have further training as a certified caretaker or are willing to attend the caretaker school
• Age 30 - 50 years
• You speak fluent German
• Flexible, efficient working style, organisational skills, high degree of independence, manual dexterity
• Driving licence category B
• Resident in the immediate vicinity of Küsnacht ZH / Meilen district / Uster / Hinwil or willing to move into a cooperative apartment of BGZ
