Your job with us
You accompany people with mental illnesses in their homes and are a reliable contact person in everyday life.
You work independently and at the same time closely with the case-leading qualified nurse HF, with plenty of scope for shaping your assignments.
You are responsible for
- Care and nursing of clients in the psychiatric context
- Trusted contact person for our clients in everyday life
- Support with challenges in clients’ daily lives and in developing strategies for stabilisation
- Promotion of mental and physical health at home
- Basic and treatment care as well as occasional domestic support
You bring with you
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatry – ideally acute psychiatry
- Enjoyment of relationship work, independence and responsibility
- Good communication and PC skills
- Driving licence category B (car an advantage)
