What you will achieve

• You set up one or more production lines, operate and monitor them.
• You troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs.
• You check the quality of the produced products.
• You are responsible for the training, guidance, and supervision of operational staff.
• You optimise processes and equipment within the framework of our Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: as a food technologist, dairy technologist, baker, cook, etc. or a technical education (e.g. plant operator, plastics technologist, etc.)
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the food sector or industrial environment is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in operating, maintaining, and optimising modern equipment
• Willingness to work shifts (3-4 shifts) and corresponding mobility
• Open-mindedness, perseverance, and motivation
• German (B1)
