Your mission with us

• Caring for and supporting patients – even in demanding situations
• Performing medical-technical tasks (e.g. blood sampling, measuring blood pressure, etc.)
• Supporting the physical, social and psychological well-being of patients
• Building a respectful relationship with patients and acting according to their needs
• Carrying out administrative and logistical tasks

What you bring with you

• Secondary or intermediate school leaving certificate
• Empathy and interest in supporting people in need of care and assistance
• Outgoing personality and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility as well as good observation and perception skills
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience (physically and mentally)

From 1 August 2027, an exciting and varied three-year training awaits you; there is the possibility to complete the vocational baccalaureate (BM) with a focus on "Health and Social Affairs" alongside the apprenticeship. We offer you two external internships (Spital Davos AG and Pflegeheim Flury Stiftung), as well as support and guidance from a competent training team during your apprenticeship.
