Your missions with us
- Independent specialist responsibility in quality assurance and care development
- Development and further development of care standards, processes, and quality reports – human-centered and practical
- Internal audits and control processes to ensure compliance with our high standards
- Planning, conducting, and documenting employee training – practical, interactive, inclusive
- Open complaint and feedback culture: listening to clients/relatives, finding solutions together
- Risk management: early detection and minimization of risks with regard to human dignity and safety
What you bring – skills, attitude & potential
- At least completed training as a certified nurse HF
- Experience in quality assurance or care development is an advantage
- Enjoy working independently as well as collaborating in a team
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and respectful interaction with people
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and learning culture – digital skills welcome (enjoyment of new tools)
