Your Tasks and Perspectives

First point of contact for our patients, visitors, external customers as well as employees
Ensuring reliable customer service (counter service in shift work) and operating the telephone switchboard
Administrative admission and processing of patient master data in SAP (outpatient and inpatient area including emergency department)
Checking and clarifying insurance coverage including requesting deposit payments
Various administrative tasks and processing incoming mail

What You Bring to This Position

Completed commercial or medical basic training
Solid, several years of professional experience or good knowledge in healthcare
Willingness to work in shifts including weekend service (approx. 2x per month), fixed working days not possible
Resilient and conscientious personality
Precise and independent working style with high quality standards
Team player with high commitment and flexibility
