To strengthen the service team, we are looking for a technically skilled person who enjoys being on the move, takes responsibility and enjoys direct customer contact.
Service Technician Coffee Machines Gastro (m/f/d) | Region St. Gallen - Eastern Switzerland
You ensure that professional coffee machines function reliably at customers' premises. You will be on the road daily in Eastern Switzerland, supporting restaurants, hotels, cafés and other catering businesses directly on site.
You can expect varied technical tasks with a lot of personal responsibility and direct customer contact.
Thanks to your technical training, for example as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, telematics technician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, automatic assembly technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, mechatronics technician EFZ or electromechanical technician EFZ, you will take on the following tasks:
• Installation and commissioning of high-quality coffee machines
• Carrying out maintenance and service work
• Analysing and rectifying technical faults on site at the customer
• Quality controls and optimal adjustment of the devices
• Repairs and maintenance work in the workshop
• Technical advice and support for customers
• Documentation of the work carried out

You have completed basic technical training in the field of electrical engineering, automation, electronics, mechatronics or a comparable discipline.
Additionally, you convince us by:

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good PC user skills
• Interest in modern technology and digital solutions
• Residence in the regions of St. Gallen, Thurgau, Appenzell Ausserrhoden or Appenzell Innerrhoden
• Driving licence category B
