Your task

• Independent organisation and coordination of construction sites in building construction
• Technical and personnel leadership of the construction site team
• Planning and coordination of daily workflows
• Ensuring professional, high-quality execution
• Coordination and collaboration with site management, client, and other project participants
• Monitoring deadlines, work progress, and material requirements
• Digital reporting and support with material ordering
• Compliance with occupational safety and health protection regulations
• Active participation on the construction site

Your profile

• Completed training in the main construction trade
• Further training as a foreman / construction foreman is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in building construction, ideally in a comparable role
• Experience in leading and coordinating employees
• Responsible and communicative personality
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in taking responsibility
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German language skills
