Skills
- Master's degree in economics or business, preferably with finance focus.
- 5-7 years of experience in operational risk management, ideally in finance.
- Fluency in German or French (C2) with good English (C1) skills.

About the job
In a team of specialists, you monitor the topics of operational risk management and operational resilience in Switzerland and play a significant role directly with supervised entities on site.
Main tasks
- Monitoring operational risk management as well as ensuring operational resilience at supervised entities
- Conducting on-site controls at banks and insurance companies
- Defining the audit strategy and evaluating audit reporting
- Further development of the supervisory concept for monitoring operational resilience
- Monitoring the calculation of capital requirements for operational risks
- Participation in national and international working groups and committees
Profile
- University degree in economics or business administration, preferably with a financial economics supplement
- In-depth experience (5–7 years) in operational risk management, preferably in the financial industry
- Experience with analytical and independent work in complex and time-critical situations
- Convincing and professional appearance in dialogue with supervised entities, even in controversial discussions
- Very good German or French skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language (B2) and very good English skills (C1)
