Your tasks and responsibilities

• Advising and supporting existing and new customers (via B2B and B2C channels)
• Processing written and telephone customer enquiries in the area of vested benefits and pillar 3a
• Internal coordination and collaboration in connection with customer orders and enquiries
• Focus on securities solutions
• Processing and dispatching contract documents
• Support for internal and external training and education programmes
• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Practical experience as an advisor in a comparable position
• Experience in the pension, financial or a comparable service sector
• Affinity for customer service, digitalisation and web-based applications
• Structured and solution-oriented working style with a high quality standard
• Balanced and service-oriented team player
• French native speaker or bilingual level C2 as well as good German and English skills
