• Independent professional support of the assigned companies (fenaco business units, LANDI) as well as their safety officers on the topics of occupational safety and health protection
• Implementation control in the companies according to the 10 elements of the ASA system
• Participation in specialist groups and projects to ensure seamless and compliant integration of occupational safety requirements into everyday operations
• Professional support of inspections by the labor inspectorates and coordination of the implementation of measures
• Creating, training, and implementing guidelines regarding occupational safety and health protection within the framework of the Agribusiness company group solution bglaw (G05)
• Planning, organizing, and conducting internal training and prevention campaigns in cooperation with corporate health management
• Creating hazard/risk assessments

• Safety specialist (EigV) or specialist for occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) or safety officer or KOPAS with willingness to further train as a specialist for occupational safety and health protection
• Familiar with the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements (such as labor law, EKAS guidelines)
• Communicative team player who values collaboration with internal and external partners and can assert themselves at the right moment
• French or German native speaker with good oral and written expression in the other language
• Good IT skills with common programs
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel within Switzerland
