These are your tasks:

• You independently set up and safely operate CNC turning and/or milling machines
• You program, optimise and adjust CNC programmes (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc – ideally OKUMA OSP-200/OSP-300)
• You manufacture individual parts as well as small and series productions according to technical drawings
• You carry out tool changes as well as tool and programme corrections
• You inspect the manufactured components with measuring and testing equipment and ensure the highest quality
• You take care of the maintenance and care of machines and work equipment
• You ensure dimensional accuracy, quality and timely production
• You actively contribute to improvement processes within production

This is what you bring with you:

• A completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in CNC turning and/or CNC milling
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
• Knowledge of CNC controls such as Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc (optimal: OKUMA OSP-200/OSP-300)
• An independent, careful and reliable way of working
• Quality awareness and technical understanding
• Willingness to work shifts
