Account Manager New Business & Customer Development 100%
Purpose of the role:
In this demanding role, your focus is on active hunting – targeted new customer acquisition, development of new business potentials, and expansion of existing customers. You act as a central interface between customers, our sales network, and our internal specialists and contribute significantly to profitable growth.
Your challenge:
- Proactive new customer acquisition with clear closing orientation
- Development of new business opportunities and leads
- Expansion, support, and development of defined existing customers
- Conducting sales and price negotiations
- Preparation, presentation, and follow-up of offers
- Close cooperation with vendor specialists as well as other departments
- Analysis of market and customer potentials to increase sales and profitability
- Maintenance of our CRM and ensuring transparent and precise documentation
- Identification of cross- and upselling potentials with new and existing customers
Your profile:
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in inside sales or account management in the IT or B2B environment
- Strong hunter mentality – you actively approach customers and close deals
- Solid experience dealing with demanding customers and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high independence
- Resilient personality with efficient time and priority management
- Very good German skills; good English skills, French is an advantage
