HVACSE Project Manager 80 - 100% (m/f)

In this role, you will manage the technical HVACSE aspects of medium to large-scale projects, from planning to completion. You will coordinate various partners and specialists, propose concept optimisations, support development and execution teams, and ensure control of costs, deadlines, and quality.
Your area of responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the technical HVACSE packages on medium to large-scale construction projects
- Supervise and support project managers specialised in technical trades
- Coordinate planning and execution teams, both internal and external
- Analyse and optimise construction projects and develop relevant technical and economic variants
- Ensure planning is aligned with the client’s objectives and respects the interests of the total company
- Prepare and monitor schedules, construction specifications, technical specifications, and schematic diagrams
- Actively contribute to cost optimisation throughout the project
- Participate in the calculation of total company (TC) offers as well as the evaluation of additional and reduced costs during execution, in accordance with company contracts
- Manage functional tenders, conduct final negotiations with companies, and formulate award proposals
- Ensure compliance with cost, deadline, and quality requirements up to completion
- Maintain quality communication and collaboration with clients and various project partners
Required qualities
- Higher technical education, ideally in engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum five years of professional experience in managing and leading construction projects or in planning within a design office
- Excellent overall understanding of building technical installations and their interfaces with various trades. Generalist HVACSE profile
- Proven experience in monitoring and coordinating HVACSE packages on medium to large-scale projects
- BIM project experience (an advantage)
- Good knowledge of the operation of a total company (TC) and the Swiss construction market
- Ability to combine a global vision, technical expertise, and understanding of the economic challenges of a project
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
- Recognised skills in leadership, coordination, and decision-making
- Excellent negotiation skills and ease in communicating with diverse interlocutors
- Organisation, rigour, and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment
- Good command of IT tools and project management software; Autocad, Revit, common Microsoft tools
- Languages: French, German (an advantage)
