Maintenance Manager 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise interventions by external service providers
• Manage spare parts (stock, supply and storage)
  
• Lead, organise and develop the skills of the maintenance team
• Develop, optimise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Monitor and optimise maintenance costs while ensuring equipment performance
  
• Analyse failures, coordinate repairs and conduct root cause analyses (RCA)
• Define and manage key indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S)

Profile

• Technical training (CFC) or engineering degree (mechanical, electrical engineering or similar)
  
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a production environment
  
• Experience in team management and activity planning
  
• Good command of maintenance management tools (such as SAP PM) and performance indicators
  
• Analytical mind and organisational skills
• Fluency in French and good knowledge of English and/or German
