At our lively care location Chrüzächer – or as we affectionately call it, „Chrüzi“ – there is laughter, play, learning and discovery. But something is still missing – perhaps exactly YOU!

We are looking for someone from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement
⏲️ Your mission – explained in 60 seconds: With expertise, heart, humour and drive, you actively shape the extracurricular daily life of our children aged 4 to 12. You accompany them in their development, provide a reliable structure and create spaces for discovery, play and growth. Even in challenging situations, you remain composed – thanks to your ability to reflect, resilience and wealth of experience. You contribute to ensuring that each of our children leaves strengthened, inspired and with shining eyes.
🎓 What do you bring?
- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ
- Experience in caring for children in the extracurricular school setting or related educational contexts (e.g. special schools or homes)
- Empathy, flexibility, creativity and a sense of humour
- Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to take on responsibility
- Desire and motivation to take on practical training for our apprentices
