For our Administration team at the Aarau location, we are looking for a new colleague starting 1.2.2026. Are you an enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient person and want to help shape the future of Spitex Region Aarau with us?
Your main tasks are
- You manage our telephone service, handle customer inquiries, and act as the interface to nursing
- You independently perform various administrative tasks in the area of customer administration
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training with Spitex experience or nursing staff with commercial further training
- Knowledge of Perigon is an advantage
- Office 365: Outlook, OneNote, Word, and Teams
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
- Independent and well-organized working style
- Resilience, reliability, and a team player
- Flexibility for holiday cover
