Your area of responsibility:

You are responsible for ensuring that the work on our construction sites is carried out on time, efficiently, and to a high quality standard. With your entrepreneurial thinking and planning, you coordinate your work independently and lead your committed team through the daily challenges. The latest techniques and a modern fleet of machinery support you in your daily work.

Your skills:

• Completed basic training in road and civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Ongoing or completed further training as a foreman / supervisor
• Solid professional experience in road and civil engineering
• Efficient, customer-oriented, and independent working style with foresight
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Experience with BIM (advantageous)
