Your tasks
- Competent, technical advice and support for our customers by telephone
- Order processing from customer enquiry to order handling
- Preparing offers and following up with customers
- Active support of the field sales team
Your qualities
- A completed technical basic education in the building services sector or as a plumber in the sanitary field
- Sales experience in internal sales is an advantage
- Good IT user skills (MS Office) distinguish you
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Flexibility and team spirit in a motivated team are natural for you
