Your main tasks are

• Implementation of an attractive, individual daily routine to strengthen the everyday competence and expressive ability of our residents
• Conducting various activation offers, e.g. memory training, exercise group and theme groups
• Collaboration in planning and conducting events and occasions
• Ensuring proficient and seamless management of electronic care documentation
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with all departments involved in care and support

You have

• Completed training, further education in activation (LEA) is an advantage
• Practical experience in activation in a geriatric environment and working with people with dementia
• Resilience, flexibility, independence as well as creativity and organisational skills
• High social and professional competence and ability for cross-departmental collaboration
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good IT skills (MS Office)

Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen offers a home to around 100 residents across 3 residential buildings. One of the goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of the residents for as long as possible.
