About the job
Your Tasks
- Professional and organisational management of medical consultation hours/secretariats
- Planning and organisation of medical consultation hours/secretariats
- Quality assurance and project collaboration on interdisciplinary processes
- Writing medical reports from dictation, as well as general administrative tasks
- Mutual representation of the team leaders of the clinical operations during absences
- Assisting the team during consultation hours and in the outpatient laboratory
Your Profile
- Basic medical training (MPA, MPK, FaGe or similar), possibly with commercial further training
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in this field advantageous
- Experience in optimising and adapting processes
- Very good PC skills, ideally knowledge of Navision & KISIM
- Confident command of medical terminology
- Fluent oral and written expression
- High social competence, communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, responsible and reliable working style
