You will work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 08:00 - 17:00 in Zurich-Opfikon.

Your main tasks:

- Supporting the reception team in attending to and welcoming visitors, employees, and suppliers
- Providing information and forwarding inquiries to the responsible departments
- Collaborating with Security on access controls, visitor registrations, and badge issuance
- Assisting with security-related matters such as visitor guidance or reporting irregularities
- Receiving and forwarding calls as well as general administrative tasks
- Supporting parcel and courier deliveries
- Ensuring a professional, friendly, and service-oriented appearance
- Maintaining a tidy, inviting reception area and assisting with minor organizational tasks

Your profile:

- Experience at reception, front desk, or in a service-oriented role
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Good communication skills in direct contact and on the phone
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Teamwork skills and ability to work closely with reception and security
- High attentiveness and prudent behavior in security-relevant situations
- Basic knowledge of access or visitor processes is an advantage
- Good PC and system knowledge (ticket systems)
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Reliable, independent, and responsible working style
