What to expect
- In this role, you will directly support the Head of Alltron Sales as well as the heads of the Reseller and Retail sales teams in achieving their goals
- You analyse sales and market data and, together with the responsible parties, identify the fields of action for customer segments and operationally manage the OKRs
- You coordinate B2B sales topics with the Category Managers from Commercial and derive coordinated marketing and promotional measures in close cooperation with central marketing
- You help shape the strategic direction and growth of our customer segments and are responsible for marketing the Alltron Academy as well as acquiring training participants in close coordination with the Alltron Academy, Commercial and Sales
- You are responsible for implementing the hospitality concept as well as actively participating in event preparations, ensuring all safety standards and internal and legal regulations, and promoting environmental awareness through environmentally conscious actions
- Direct reporting line to the Head of Alltron Sales and a varied and independent working style within this area of tasks and responsibilities
What you bring
- A completed commercial apprenticeship and higher economic education or further training at HF/FH/University level
- Professional experience in a similar role in project business, consulting or the operational B2B environment is desirable
- Enjoyment in dealing with conceptual and strategic tasks
- Excellent work and self-organisation combined with a quick grasp and pronounced analytical and communication skills
- Strong social competence in collaboration and stakeholder management; passion for being in contact with various interfaces and finding solutions
- Intrinsic motivation and "drive" to explore new paths
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) as well as MS tools (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)
- Fluent German; English and/or French desirable
