• Within a team of four people, directly reporting to Management, you will independently handle complex professional liability cases, notably for lawyers, notaries, fiduciaries, and IT service providers
• Your area of responsibility will also include handling claims related to directors' liability, cybercrime, and breaches of trust
• Your activities will notably include fact-finding, legal assessment of liability and insurance coverage, as well as conducting negotiations with claimants and their legal representatives and, if necessary, supporting legal proceedings
• Additionally, you will support underwriting in risk assessment, collaborate on projects, and may be required to give presentations at seminars

• You are proactive and a team player, able to assert yourself and negotiate; you enjoy the challenge of case analysis
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp complex issues, you can resolve them promptly
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French. A good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is an advantage
• You are a lawyer with bar admission and have several years of professional experience (preferably in the bar, judiciary, or insurance sectors)
• An affinity for IT as well as knowledge of liability law, corporate law, and accounting are a plus that will perfectly complement your profile
