For the night watch team at the Centre for Integrated Emergency Psychiatry and Crisis Intervention, we are looking for you from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Together with the ward management and the interprofessional team, you significantly shape the professional development within the team
- You bear professional responsibility and act as the first point of contact for the nursing team on professional matters
- You support and relieve the ward management in organisational, personnel and administrative leadership and take over their tasks during absences
- In collaboration with the Head of Nursing Development, you engage in projects, define processes and ensure the content quality of the nursing and treatment process
- Where necessary, you conduct training sessions on specific professional topics within the team
- You are committed to implementing the treatment mandate and use interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure a patient-centred treatment process
Profile
- Qualified nurse (HF/FH) with several years of professional experience in psychiatry
- CAS qualification in a psychiatric specialist topic is an advantage
- Authentic and trustworthy personality with high social competence
- Ability to think in networks, implementation competence and resilience
- You are flexible, committed and a responsible personality with joy in demanding patient care in a lively environment
- You have an interest in professional leadership and defined management tasks
- You speak and write fluent German and have a confident command of common Office applications
- You are willing to work mainly night shifts and attend important appointments during the day.
