The HEKS MosaiQ Aargau specialist office supports well-qualified migrants on their way to employment corresponding to their qualifications: depending on individual needs, with assessment, career planning, support with diploma recognition or level confirmation, assistance in finding suitable internships, educational offers, or jobs. We are looking for HEKS MosaiQ Aargau immediately or by arrangement for the counselling and support of qualified migrants (especially with status S) a
- Consulting and support (coaching) of well-qualified migrants with status S in the areas of assessment, diploma recognition, education and further training, and internship/job search
- Clarification and research tasks within the framework of counselling and support
- Organisational and administrative work
- Training in vocational, study, and career counselling or
- Bachelor/Master in social sciences, humanities, or economics with further training in counselling/coaching
- Professional experience in vocational, study, and career counselling or labour market integration
- Experience working with migrants
- Interest in education, integration, and migration topics
- Good communication skills and intercultural competence
- Reliability and accuracy
- High personal responsibility and initiative
- Good ICT skills
- Confident German language skills
