Your scope of work with the new employer

• Supporting the ward management with planning, organisational and leadership tasks as well as taking an active role in the ward management team
• Co-responsibility for achieving performance targets and ensuring high nursing quality on a ward with around 36 beds
• Active participation in direct nursing care and leading a zone with the assigned patient group
• Contributing to the implementation of Lean Hospital, Shared Governance and other measures for the continuous development of the ward

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• Professional experience in acute care, ideally with experience in orthopaedics
