To strengthen our team, we are looking for a hands-on person capable of organising sites, supervising the assembly team, and actively participating in the construction of our metal structures.

Your responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and supervise assembly work on sites.
• Plan interventions and anticipate personnel, equipment and tooling needs, in collaboration with the technical office.
• Read and interpret plans and technical files to ensure compliant execution.
• Supervise and support the team on site, allocate tasks and monitor their proper completion.
• Actively participate in the assembly of metal structures and finishing work.
• Ensure respect for deadlines, quality requirements and safety rules.
• Coordinate on site with clients, architects and other stakeholders.
• Identify technical difficulties, propose suitable solutions and promptly report discrepancies to the technical office.
• Check the quality of work at each stage and its compliance before acceptance.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Participate in workshop work as needed.

Your profile

• Federal VET Certificate as a metal constructor or equivalent training in locksmithing or metalwork.
• Proven experience in assembling metal structures in Switzerland.
• Experience in team supervision or managing assembly work is a significant advantage.
• Very good proficiency in reading technical plans.
• Good knowledge of quality requirements and safety regulations applicable to Swiss construction sites.
• Ability to organise work, anticipate needs and take appropriate initiatives.
• Autonomous, reliable and rigorous personality, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Preference for precise and meticulous work.
• Team spirit and ease in communication with various stakeholders.
• Good command of French.
• Category B driving licence.
