To complement our HR team at the international headquarters in Herisau, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality as
HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Consultative key role throughout the entire employee lifecycle in the assigned departments
- Trusted contact person for our employees in all personnel-related matters
- Independent advice to managers on strategic and operational HR topics
- Active support and accompaniment of our managers
- Responsibility for the entire applicant management including recruitment at all hierarchical levels
- Co-design of our employer branding - from idea development to implementation as well as organization and participation in fairs and networking
- Independent handling of administrative HR processes (entries/exits, changes, certificates, etc.)
- Advice on labor law issues and support during change processes
Your profile
- Completed further education in HR management (federal HR specialist certificate, NDS, FH, or similar)
- Experience in HRM with a focus on recruitment and support, ideally in an industrial and international environment
- Sound knowledge of modern HR tools and experience in active sourcing
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
- You are a winning, team-oriented, and empathetic personality with high social and consulting competence
- Confident German (native language) as well as very good English skills (business fluent)
