We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and committed
Customer Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator
to start immediately or by arrangement.
Are you ready for a lively, versatile, and varied position?
In our garage operation, the customer is at the center – and you are the competent contact person for all technical inquiries related to automobiles. In customer service, you take on a central role: you make initial diagnoses, schedule appointments, coordinate orders, and ensure a smooth process as a link between customers and the workshop. Additionally, you provide information about prices, create cost estimates, and always find a fair solution for customer complaints. As a warranty administrator, you handle the examination, processing, and billing of warranty and goodwill cases. You ensure that all applications are correctly documented and submitted to the manufacturer on time. In doing so, you work closely with the workshop, service, and manufacturer to ensure that all requirements are met.
For this exciting task, you bring a completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in customer service. You are flexible, resilient, and can communicate effortlessly in German and English. With your strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, you impress both in personal conversations and on the phone. Your sales talent helps you to optimally advise our customers. Additionally, you are proficient in using IT and hold a category B driving license.
