Multi-site Cleaning Manager (Object Manager) 100%- Coordinate all cleaning activities
- Supervise teams and control the quality of services
- Prepare quotes and send to clients
- Propose improvement solutions
- Be the main point of contact for clients
- Manage schedules and monitor hours
- Train new employees
- Manage equipment orders
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Occasional on-site assistance
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations/cleaning agent or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar position with team management essential
- Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum B2)
- Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office)
- Driving licence
- Strong customer orientation
- Autonomous and responsible
- Good stress resistance
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High availability
