About the job
Organising, cleaning, repairing, maintaining, supervising – you ensure the smooth operation of our municipal buildings.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the school complex and external locations as well as the personnel and professional management of the cleaning staff (currently 5 employees)
- You independently carry out minor repair work.
- You organise and participate in the building cleaning.
- You are the contact and coordination point for usage concerns in the properties of your own area
- You actively participate in budgeting and are responsible for budget control in your own specialist area.
- Topic-related collaboration on conversions and new buildings, renovations, procurements
- You are the contact person for safety matters (fire protection, EKAS)
Your profile
- You have a basic craft training (EFZ) and a qualification as a janitor with a federal certificate of competence.
- You bring several years of professional and leadership experience as a janitor.
- You have good user knowledge of MS Office.
- You are a winning, team-oriented and service-minded personality with high social competence and assertiveness.
