What to expect

• You will complete practical training to become a certified insurance intermediary (VBV) at our Generali Academy.
• You will be the first point of contact for your clients in all insurance matters and offer them tailored solutions.
• You will actively acquire new clients.
• You will expand existing relationships with your clients and support them in your regional area.
• You will advise both private individuals on pension and property matters as well as small businesses on flexible insurance solutions.
• You will advise your clients personally or digitally using modern tools.

What you bring

• You have high self-motivation and perseverance; you keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
• You work independently and responsibly and are also a team player.
• You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
• You are empathetic and persuasive; ideally, you have some experience dealing with customers.
• You are willing to learn new things.
• You are confident in handling numbers.
• You have a strong personal network in the region.
• You have completed vocational training or the Matura (Swiss school-leaving certificate).
• You hold a driving licence (category B).
