• Personnel and professional management of the beef butchery department
• Personnel deployment planning, training / employee evaluations etc.
• Ensuring a smooth production flow
• Control of butchery results regarding yield and quality
• Optimisation of workflows and processes
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and plant management

• Completed basic training as a meat specialist or in the food sector, for example as a food technologist, cook or comparable qualification
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Very good understanding of hygiene, quality and safety standards
• As a motivated and committed company personality, you are used to working independently and act cost-/benefit-oriented
• You are extremely flexible and open to new challenges and changes
• Stamina and assertiveness
• Organisational talent as well as structured and solution-oriented working method
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Physically fit (cooled working environment)
