Tasks:

• You pay special attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread and fight food waste with farsighted ordering

• You order fresh products and all other goods, receive them, check them and stock them on your shop shelves

• You correctly implement the specifications in the shop layout

• You check the best-before dates in the fresh goods category

• As deputy, you lead the employees, promote them and set an example for them

• As deputy, you share responsibility for the figures on sales, personnel costs and stock

Profile:

• Three or more years of professional experience in retail as a specialist, department or area manager is an advantage

• Completed vocational training (EBA) in retail (food) or a related profession would be ideal

• Very good German language skills

• Enjoyment of fresh products and ideally already professional experience with them

• Physically fit, as some parcels weigh up to 10 kilos

• Skill in planning and organising tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures

• Familiar with PC, tablet and smartphone, and you quickly make friends with other digital helpers (e.g. for inventory management)
