Job Description
As an ICT specialist, you support customers independently or in collaboration with other professionals. You install hardware and software, expand device configurations, instruct users, and work in ICT support. Additionally, you assist users in handling ICT tools and are also involved in the maintenance of ICT user devices. You are familiar with the company-specific settings of the hardware used and the standard applications/operating applications to act quickly and with high quality during installations and support cases.

Good performance in science and mathematics subjects
