PRODUCTION MECHANIC / POLYMECHANIC CNC (80-100%)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

You manufacture highly precise components for medical technology and ensure a stable, efficient and qualitatively flawless production process with your expertise.

Your focus:

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning, milling or turning-milling machining centres
• Manufacture of sophisticated small series (approx. 5–75 pieces) according to drawings, work plans and production documents
• Carrying out dimensional and quality checks according to inspection planning
• Ensuring stable, economical and qualitatively flawless production
• Performing maintenance work and ensuring the technical readiness of the equipment
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area (6S)
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes (CIP)
• Support in the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes

YOUR SKILLS

You work independently, reliably and with high initiative. Thanks to your experience and technical understanding, you keep an overview even in a demanding production environment.

• Completed training as a production mechanic EFZ, polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical basic training
• Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing
• Experience in independently setting up and operating CNC machining centres
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Precise, quality-conscious and careful working method
• Teamwork skills as well as a sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (B2)
