SENIOR Press Operator / Reference H/F at 100%
- Proven professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the use of presses
- Ability to work independently and rigorously
- Passion for knowledge transfer and supporting colleagues
- Pedagogy, patience and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent dexterity
Position in 2*8
- Ensure the production of small components on semi-automatic presses
- Guarantee compliance with production, quality and safety standards
- Detect anomalies and participate in resolving technical problems
- Transmit your know-how, best practices and working methods
- Be a close reference point, available to answer questions and provide operational support to the team
