What you can achieve
- Management of strategically relevant projects of medium to high complexity and co-responsibility for the further development of processes, services and operational framework conditions in collaboration with different professional groups
- Assuming overall responsibility for cross-departmental projects (deadlines, costs, risks and quality) as well as ensuring sustainable implementation
- Development of innovative solutions and new care models along the patient pathway together with specialist departments and clinics
- Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Presentation and representation of projects in various committees up to the hospital management level as well as support for cross-departmental change processes
What you bring with you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (university/FH/ETH) in health economics, business or social sciences or medicine/nursing with additional business knowledge
- Further training in project management desirable
- Several years of experience in managing complex, cross-departmental projects, ideally in the healthcare or hospital sector
- Solution-oriented personality with quick comprehension, networked thinking and structured working method
- Strong service orientation as well as appropriate and convincing communication and presentation skills
