Independent handling of operational purchasing (orders, invoice verification, deadline tracking)
Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as conducting price comparisons
Conducting negotiations and maintaining long-term supplier relationships
Setting up and managing framework agreements
Processing and coordinating complaints
Regular supplier evaluation and deriving optimization potentials
Supporting strategic purchasing and participating in purchasing strategies
Continuous optimization of purchasing and procurement processes
Commercial or technical basic training
Several years of experience in operational purchasing or supply chain management
Strong communication and teamwork skills, negotiation skills, independent and precise working style
Sound knowledge of ERP systems
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
