Head of Housing Department (80-100%)
Your future tasks:
- Operational, professional and personnel responsibility for a department with 9 employees
- Ensuring professional, client-centred and resource-oriented support
- Promoting teamwork and creating a positive working atmosphere as well as active participation in daily life
- Planning and monitoring the budget as well as ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Presence in challenging situations and ensuring orientation and stability
This is what sets you apart:
- Completed training in social pedagogy, nursing or a comparable social profession
- Leadership experience
- Competence in dealing with complex situations and crises
- Empathetic, decisive and structured way of working
- Good MS Office skills and a category B driving licence
