Job Description

• Personnel and professional management of the wards, physiotherapy and recovery room based on the clinic strategy
• Ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high customer, patient and partner satisfaction
• Promoting a performance- and success-oriented team and staff development
• Maintaining and further developing the quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) as well as the hospital's internal hygiene guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with cantonal regulations, data protection and safeguarding business and group interests
• Active participation and leadership of projects at clinic and group level
• Promoting transparent and targeted communication internally and externally

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary-level education in healthcare (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a hospital environment, ideally complemented by further training in management or leadership
• Very good user knowledge of common Microsoft Office programmes
• Good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Strong interest in nursing and healthcare with a high level of service and customer orientation
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills as well as an independent, solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High flexibility, resilience and willingness to change
