Property Manager: Condominium Ownership

Your tasks:

• You independently manage your own diverse property portfolio in the area of condominium ownership
• You take over the management of your properties and coordinate maintenance and repair work
• You organise and lead condominium owners' meetings as well as committee meetings and ensure the implementation of the resolutions passed
• You are the central contact person for condominium owners, committee members, craftsmen, specialist planners, and authorities
• You clarify legal issues related to condominium ownership

Your profile:

• You have experience in property management and sound knowledge in the area of condominium ownership
• You are familiar with the legal and organisational matters concerning condominium ownership
• You are an organisational talent, work in a structured and reliable manner, and keep an overview even in complex matters
• You enjoy working in a team, appreciate collaboration with your assistant, and are service- and goal-oriented in dealing with customers and partners
• You communicate in fluent German and impress with commitment as well as a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• You hold a category B driving licence
