Your Profile
Your profile:
- Completed training in event/project management, hospitality, or tourism
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in event management
- Multilingual: good German & English skills are necessary and ideally you are also fluent in French
- Entrepreneurial-strategic thinking with a passion for hospitality
- Organisational talent who enjoys working in a team and takes pleasure in managing key accounts
- Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to work irregular hours, as these will depend on your events
- Excellent manners; clear, reliable, and customer-oriented demeanour

Responsibility for the smooth and standard-compliant workflow at the post

Promotion & induction of new employees, co-supervision of apprentices & interns

Mise-en-place, preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes

Adherence to recipes and general kitchen standards

Quality, hygiene, and price control of ordered foodstuffs
- Cleanliness and order inspections

- Operational event management, as well as personnel leadership of the event team
- Management of own key accounts including offer creation, confirmation and contract management, as well as event execution
- Planning, organisation and execution of events in-house for up to 1500 people
- Further development of the hospitality offer including interfaces
- Administration and further development of the reservation and event management system
- Ensuring internal processes and coordination of the event with the involved interfaces
- Maintaining, controlling and further developing quality standards
- Deployments as Manager on Duty
