Operations Manager / Head of Operations (m/f/d)

Production & Process Engineering

Your Responsibilities

• You lead the production site with around 60 employees
• You are responsible for production, production planning, maintenance, warehousing, and logistics
• You ensure high standards in occupational safety, quality, and hygiene
• You lead and develop your directly reporting managers
• You identify improvement potentials, set priorities, and ensure implementation
• You are responsible for budget and operational decisions
• You contribute to investment planning and work closely with the CEO and management team

Your Competencies

• You bring several years of leadership experience from a manufacturing industrial company
• You have successfully further developed a production site or larger operational areas
• You think about production holistically and recognise the decisive levers even in complex situations
• You strengthen managers, delegate responsibility, and promote independent action
• You lead clearly, consistently, think entrepreneurially, and act pragmatically
• You communicate fluently in German and English

Your Perspective

• You gradually take over overall operational responsibility for the site
• You develop into an important sparring partner for the CEO on all operational matters
• You will prospectively expand your area of responsibility to include maintenance and process engineering
• You receive a great deal of creative freedom and sustainably shape leadership, processes, and organisation
