The Neurocentre Lucerne with locations at the Falkengasse at Schwanenplatz and at the St. Anna Clinic is an established, specialised centre for neurological assessments and treatments. Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding our services. To strengthen our secretariat, we are looking for an upbeat, motivated and reliable personality.

Your area of responsibility
As a practice coordinator, you are a central hub between patients, doctors and staff. Among other things, you take on:
- Organisation and administrative coordination of our two neurocentres
- Planning and support of optimal utilisation
- Reception and care of our patients
- Organisation and coordination of neurological consultations
- Telephone and written contact with patients, referrers and partners
- Carrying out blood draws (analyses in external laboratory)
- Assistance with lumbar punctures (you will of course receive an introduction)
- Management of the fully electronic medical records (curaMED)
- Preparation, correction and dispatch of medical reports
- Collaboration in the further development of our practice procedures
- Holiday cover at other locations of the Bellevue Medical Group
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- Ideally experience as a practice coordinator or interest in taking on this role
- Enjoyment in organising and coordinating
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Friendly, empathetic and professional demeanour
- Very good IT skills and experience with electronic medical records
- Team spirit and enjoyment of a lively practice environment
- Foreign language skills are welcome
